Anyone who is interested in genealogy and history can become a member. The greatest part of our members are made up of those who are descendants of Joshua Clyburn (c. 1758 - c. 1759). However, it is not necessary to have the surname Claybourn.

Your membership not only provides you with access to (forthcoming) regular newsletters and an email address ending in claybourn.org, it also allows CGS to continue its important work in researching, gathering and archiving data and artifacts of the family. Your membership dollars will go toward, among other things, web hosting expenses and membership fees for other genealogical organizations integral to the research of our family.

Dues for a yearly membership is $20. Yearly Membership runs January 1st to December 31st. Permanent Membership is available for a one-time payment of $100.
